Meteobridge PRO/PRO2/NANOSD/RPI/VM Discussion • Re: NANO SD freezes on reboot, requiring power cycle

Unfortunately, using a new power supply did not solve the problem - or if it did, it introduced a new one. I tried two, different 5V 1.0A power supplies and a brand new, 5V 2.0A power supply. The NANO SD will now occasionally boot up and connect to the Internet, but stays running only for a few hours before dropping the connection and freezing (no response when pushing the blue button). Oddly, it appears that if I power off the NANO SD and weather station for 4-12 hours and then restart them, they will sometimes boot correctly and connect to the Internet and send weather data. But only for a few hours before freezing up again. So...

I have reverted to using my TP-Link MR3020 v1.9 with a USB connection to my Davis VantagePro2 through a Belkin USB 2.0 F4U021 hub, and am "back on the air" sending weather data to Weather Underground and NOAA CWOP.

BUT! I would still very much like to use the NANO SD and eliminate the tangle of hardware and USB and Ethernet cables, so if you have any further ideas please let me know.
